Doing up my house

Moving to Fuerte soon. We have a detached house in Lajares.

There are a few things that need doing to the property and im wondering if I need paperwork for any the following.

There are plans in place for a pool. But its a not particularly private. Plus we have a bouncy dog that can easily jump the garden walls, they are about 1 metre in height. I would like to increase the height to about 6 ft, using wire and covering with grass matting. I can only see this having an issue with one neighbour who is on the other side of a lane from us. I intend to let them know my plans. Any thoughts on legalities and what I might need to do would be great.

We would like to build a pergola next to the house.

May need to replace our deporadura and some of the pipes from the house to it.

Looking to move the driveway gate from one side of the property to another.

Would like to build a garage or pergola for the car.

Would like to erect a wendy house for my daughter.

Solar panels or small wind turbine for the property. And does the government offer any incentives for supplying power back to the grid. or worse will they charge me to generate my own power.

Any advice or info on requirements or legalities for any of the above would be gratefully received.

It may be that for the amount of work you want to do you take some professional advice.

Thank you for the reply.

It was reading that that made me wonder if anyone had any "insider info" or recommendations on how to proceed.

I have a solicitor out there. Probably safest for her to check these out for me. But any experiences or advice from anyone with knowledge on the ground is always accepted.  :)
