Took and passed the CSCS test this morning, then went and picked up the remaining stuff in mi mashed up car, and retrieved my personalised number plates.

Cooked turkey crown and bacon this morning.
Meet old work colleague for coffee at lunchtime.
Cut up meat this afternoon.

Been out for family lunch to a little Greek /Turkish place few bottles of EFes and a couple of shots of sambucca to finish off

Been to me mates help him lift stuff off the floor,they have shut the main rd over the river in our village ,its 1ft off the top struggling to take the water. 2 footbridges have been washed away

Not rained for a while here, hope it's subsided Bob

subsided last night ,our river runs into a tidal one which had high tide yesterday morning so it backed up from the sea even though its 25 miles away,60 foot high tree wedged against the bridge in the village

We've a couple of bridges washed away. We live pretty high up. Been loads of roads closed. Ilkley Otley Guiseley been under water
