car hire for 82 year old

Hi, does anyone know if Payless accept bookings for driver who is 82?  I know that cicar do as he rented from them last time but I can't find an email address for Payless to ask.  We've booked our car through pluscar but their upper age limit is 79.  Any advice much appreciated.

If Cicar do then Payless should as they are both part of the same company.
