Can the Man

It is amazing how writing things down do help with a stressful situation.

Very often if some one has pi$$ed me off, I write the email/letter in resposne but dont send it, then I read it much later and change my reply.

It has really helped me, it hit me the hardest because i was the one that went to the treatments ect, i had to see a councillor for a bit because i wouldnt accept it. Im ok now though just remember the good times now  ;D

Thats good, and always remember shes always there if you need a chat with her. I often have a chat with my dad when Im feeling low, and he died back in 1995

thats taking it too far, she can't give you a clip around the ear., but its a nice thought to show respect. ;)
