Forum Toolbar

Help needed please Admin. I've changed my internet browser and lost my Forum Toolbar. I've searched on here but can't find the info or links for it. Please can you post what I need? I'm using Google Chrome.

Admin - I've gone back to IE, really couldn't get on with Chrome, but now I've lost my Forum Toolbar on IE. A Google search shows the toolbar available up to IE9 - can you tweak it to work with IE11 please?
