An interesting development involving Aer Lingus. Wonder will the same be enforced with another Irish airline!!

I doubt it but they should,apparently you can e-mail RA though can't you ? Sure i read it somewhere on here.............

Don't think so. You can call them on their extortinate phone no's or by fax or by snail mail!

You can cntact the airline companies easily.

Contacting a living person, who will act on your behalf, within those companies is an entirely different proposition.

Just found this.
"You can email Ryanair by sending your message to ryanairpriority@ryanair.com. This is their official email and they are quite quick in sending feedback to their customers."

On the couple of occasions that I have had to contact an airline I can say that not once have I had a problem... and that was with Fly ThomasCook  :P
