Hello everyone,
I am looking forward to my third visit to Fuerte in a couple of weeks time - I need sun and heat and an all over tan again!
I am staying in Corralejo for two weeks but aim to get to the south of the island again in my hire car so I am looking for info on relatively quiet beaches down south for naturism with easy parking nearby.
I have visited Mal Nombre on a previous holiday but with recent winter storms removing sand from Canary Island beaches I would like some alternatives between Costa Calma and Morro Jable just in case. Jandia? Esquinzo? Butihondo?
Any information will be most appreciated, thanks :)

The nicest naturist beaches I've found anywhere in Europe are in the Sotavento area.  Easy to get to, and with parking nearby.

A good reference website for the southern beaches is at  http://www.fuerteventura-alternativ.de/en/Beaches/

There are two main access points to the beaches in the area to the south of Costa Calma before you hit the autovia, both indicated by large brown 'Beaches of Jandia' road signs.

The first is at a roundabout, signposted to Playa de la Barca. This takes you to the main area of Sotovento beach. The bit nearest the car park is monopolised by wind and kite surfers, but you don't have to go far to get away from them.

The next turn off down the road is to Risco del Paso. It leads to another big car park, plenty beach space, and it's my favourite in the area.

Thanks for the info, will aim to visit Sotavento for sure :)
