TV Media Player

Looking to replace my little TV media player, but can't seem to find an outlet in Fue. Must be able to play a range of video formats - AVI/DIVX/MKV/MP4/MPEG/H.264/MPEG1/2/4 . Not seen any in Electron or any of the Chinese shops.........Anyone managed to purchase one locally recently ??

Sorry its not from a local shop. Free postage from site. If worried about delivery I could bring over (Nov).

Yes Terry, that's the sort of player I'm after - Shouldn't be impossible to get locally.......perhaps someone will point the way to a local supplier. Some friends & family coming and going soon, but thanks for the offer. Enjoy your Nov trip !!

I have seen media players in Electron and RedDer in the past.  Might be worth checking out RedDer to see if they have any.

Some DVD and Blu-ray players have a USB port that will play the video files you list.  We use a Sony Blu-ray player, the HD upscale quality is fantastic.

Thanks Stone, I will take another look around RedDer - they must have been hiding in a glass cabinet last week ! I agree some DVD players can play AVI files via a USB, but have found most of them have problems with the newer formats - the media Player stand alone units are inexpensive to replace when enough new formats appear to make it worthwhile.
