Paddy is off on his holidays and asks Mick if he wants some cigarettes bringing back. "Sure 'ting Pad. Fetch me 200" says Mick.

2 weeks later Paddy is back, and hands the cigarettes to Mick. "How much am I due you?" Mick asks. "T'at'll be £160" Paddy replies.
