Administration companies

There were several threads relating to administrators. I don't know if some have been lost to the ether, but this seems like the best place to discuss Administration companies.

i can only comment on the 1 administration company that i know of and that is on our complex Gaudia in Caletta in March last year after suffering a severe stroke i asked them to put up a handrail so i could get up the stairs to our apartment and now 18 months later after every excuse possible there is still no handrail which means we still cannot visit our lovely apartment as i cannot manage the steps !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just hope it is not the same as my admin company, because I have a place in Esmeralda, just across the road from you and our administrators seem to be doing a pretty good job so far. I have no complaints.

You need to get it on the Agenda for your next AGM. The owners can vote on it and if in favour it will have to be done.
