Property Prices

What's the general trend on the Island these days? Are prices going up or down or sticking?

I nearly bought on Las Dunas last year, but pulled out as got a bit windy with my job situation. A bit of me regrets this, and my job is ok now.

Is it a good time to buy now?

my wife and i were about to do the same,but as property prices are plumeting ,we have decided to hang on a little while longer and maybe pick up something at a fraction of the price.its a buyers market and getting more so every week.

Ive just purchased a loverly property in nuevo horizonte and have just arrived back in the uk after 10 days of fantastic sunshine and very friendly people.Cant wait to go back in september
