General strike Spain 29th May

29th May has been set as the date for the next General strike in Spain.

I`m over in Caleta for a few days in 3 weeks and going back on the 30th  .Is it likely to affect anything over there or is it just mainland Spain.?

The last one didn't have too much of an effect on Fuerteventura.  People can't afford to lose a days pay, except for the teachers and some puclic sector workers.

All bets are off now following the French & Greek elections......Let's see how Spain reacts.....not that it will affect FUE in the short term.
