I drank some [about 5 pints] very reasonably prices beer in a Weatherspoons in the UK and fell over and broke my finger. Bloody English beer!

When I ran a pub in Salou in the 70's we sold a local spirit called Virben - 80 pesetas a 2 liter bottle or you could get it even cheaper in a graffa. Great for lighting a primus stove!
