I have taken on the lease for Chaplins, I and some of the family will be over for a couple of weeks from Saturday, if your about pop in and say hello.

You will be pleased to know I will not be running the bar just diverting all profits through the bar at Upton Park

Gary and Becky will be running the bar and I will be picking up the losses;)

Hopefully see you over the next couple of weeks, especially you Woe as we need to go halfs on the losses;)

I don't know you, Appy, but it takes real cojones to invest in a business these days. Caleta needs places like this, and people with the confidence to invest and make them work - congratulations, and best wishes for a successful venture!

What time does the Battlecruiser open?
Glad we don't have to bring bread & honey (or is it bees and honey??).
Wonder how many will be Brahms and List?
Wonder if the hammers will go Bristol City up?
Look forward to having a bubble bath.
Will pop up for a butcher's hook - Chalfont St Giles permitting.
Maybe go home elephant's trunk will definitely need a Gypsy's kiss.
Will 'Appy be on the joanna?
Will get the trouble & strife in all her tomfoolery and me in my whistle and flute.

Don't usually spend much time in Chaplins,but will do during our two weeks in june.Even though he's a hammers fan,he's a nice guy,who deserves support.Looks like i will have to get into training for the trek up the hill.I wish you all the best appy in your new venture,hope it all goes well.
