I see on Facebook that Alan and Gayle are leaving on Friday 28th Febuary, wishing them all the very best for their retirement, sorry we won't be there! enjoy both of you!

Been chatting to Gayle on email and they will not be leaving Cotillo.   They will now be round the other side of the bar relaxing.   So look forward to buying them a drink or two when out at end of March as well as seeing other friends.
They are/were superb mine hosts and I am sure the new owners will soon fill their boots well.

Hi all thank you all for your kind words, we have enjoyed our 10 years at the bar and in Cotillo, we have met over the last 10 years so many nice people and we now look forward to having a drink with you all on the right side of the bar without having to jump up and serve, we are looking forward to taking life a little slower, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued support over such a long period and to wish the new owners a great future in such a lovely place it has served us well, we will still live here but it is now time for us to enjoy what we now consider our home and get to see more of the Island and know as much as you all do. Thanks for your support. xxx
