Las Salinas Golf

We visited Fuerte for the first time in November 13 and were back in December as we loved it so much.  Thinking of buying a property on Las Salinas Golf.  Yes we know that at the moment it is really under occupied and a Ghost Town - however we liked the quietness.   Familiar with Canaries as lived in Tenerife some years ago.

Does anyone on here own on Las Salinas Golf?  I read in a blog a while ago that there were sewerage problems.  Please  if you have any good or bad stories of Las Salinas Golf  please share.
