40 more properties to be expropriated for island ring-road

Community support for the new road which will link Tenerife's two motorways, effectively creating a ring road arount the whole island, will be put to the test by the notification of a further 40 compulsory purchase orders in the Icod de Los Vinos area.
Three homes and dozens of tracts of land on the stretch between Icod and El Tanque are to be expropriated by the government as a matter of urgency to widen a section of the new road, which has already generated considerable opposition among residents of the Buen Paso area. In June, over 2000 locals submitted a petition to the authorities demanding guarantees that the road will not impact negatively on their rural area. The 40 owners have been given until 6 August to furnish proof of ownership and other documents accrediting their right to compensation for the expropriations.

I wonder if there are any expropriations for Fuerteventura mentioned in the Island plan.
