Hi just wanted to know if anybody has stayed at these apartments before and if so want we're the pros and cons of the complex . We are due out in sep 2013 . Really can't wait to be honest this site has really helped me find out a lot more about caleta . Thanks

we have stayed at amuley mar1 and amuley mar2.these apartments. along with la gaudia are for me the best in the town centre.amuley mar1 has got the added bonus of a heated swimming pool.only one small gripe, the walls are a bit thin, especially if you have noisy neighbours.overall really nice apartments,in fact looking now to book for september. 8)

Hi denboy thanks for your reply . Glad to hear they are nice . Just a quick question . As I understand it the apartments are on three floors two bedrooms on top floor and one bedroom in the basement/garage . As we will be using all three . Do you know if the bedroom in the base/garage has got a window in them . As all the pics I have seen are all from one angle and can't see if there is one .  Thanks

the apartments we stayed in didn,t have windows in the basement.they just had a bedroom with a shower cubicle in it.they were nicely decorated though.at the end of the day,you are only sleeping in it,you,ve got the lounge just up a short stairway.the apartments are really very nice.if you,ve not already booked,i would suggest having a look at la gaudia, these are our favourite apartments.apartment rentals fuerteventura is a good site to book with.you only pay 10% deposit, and the balance on arrival.http://www.apartment-rentals-fuerteventura.com

Yes the basement room has a small window in the main bedroom area ,it faces out to the floor level of the patio.
The ensuite / shower room have glass/ brick effect windows that also face out to the patio level, these allow some light into the area.
If converted to a good standard the downstairs/garage area certainly doesn't have a feel of a dungeon & can be used as a second lounge area.
Just recently a safety fence has been put round the pool in line with Spanish health and safety regs.
Another big plus for Am mar is that it's a stones throw from the Dog & Duck
Have a great holiday

Hi We stayed in amuley mar 1 a few times some houses were better than others. It can get very busy round the pool in the summer Amuley mar 2 has a lot more space round the pool and the houses are newer.Amuley mar 2 has a fence around the perimtere of the pool area which is better.
And you are even closer to the dog and duck.

Dean - were going there next month for two weeks, so I'll let you know what we think.  If it is anything like Amuley Mar 2, where we've stayed previously, it should be good :D
