Hi guys
Can anyone give me advice on prescriptions I am moving to fuert next year and I'm on medication , do I have to reg with a doc and how do I go about it ?

You'll need to be working and get a contract there (remember not every employer will give you a contract)
You will pay a percentage of your prescriptions
You will need to be registered with a doctor

Unless your a pensioner then things are a little easier

Just to say that you can also set yourself up as an autonomo- self-employed. The contributions are a minimum of about 280€ per month, but it gives you a pension as well as health cover (except that I'll probably be lucky to get sixpence, having started here at 56!).

This is assuming you are actually an EU citizen, and that the UK is still part of Europe by then.
