We were there for 2 weeks from the 15th, weather on the whole was pants. So disappointed

We were in Caleta from 15th May to 29th May, a bit cloudy till about 10.30 then it was very hot. Had a fabulous time but 2 weeks is not enough......

We were in Lajares the 1st week, and La Capellania the 2nd week, weather was garbage, only clearing up at around 4pm on the days that it did. Spent a few afternoons in Caleta and the weather miles better over there. We also went the zoo last sunday, because the weather was pants, and soon as we got to Antigua it was cracking the flags, whereas people in Capellania said it had said poor all day.

Is this typical of that area?? We have only stayed in Caleta or Costa Calma before.
