Pensioners to be reimbursed

According to an article in Canarias7 Pensioners on the Islands  will be reimbursed for an overcharge on prescriptions. My understanding of it through a poor online translation is that those who were overcharged by €300 or more will have this amount paid into their accounts. If the overpayment is less than €300 prescriptions will be free until such a time as the amount is paid back.
