Phoenix Transfers

Hello everyone.  Quick question for you all;

Has anyone had any problems in the last month or so with communication or transfers with Phoenix? I am trying to get hold of them via email to reconfirm our booking and no reply.  I am going to try and call them tomorrow but in the meantime does anyone know if they are still reliable?
We have used them for years with no problems.
