ENDESA ON LINE E-BILLS PROBLEM

I registered for this on line billing service back in January.  OK, it took me about 20 attempts to do so, but eventually they accepted I had an account with them, and the e-billing service started.  So from February to May, I was alerted monthly by email that my new bill was on line for me to download..........all fine.

However, now for some reason it has stopped!  I no longer get an email alert for the bill, and when I log in, it tells me I don't have a contract.  Anyone else got a similar problem?  Does it mean a trip to the Endesa offices in the capital to sort out - WILL they be able to sort it out?  It is SOOOooooo frustrating.

We havent received a bill since may either....maybe they have decided to give us a few free months have tried ringing the help line which is supposed to speak english but no joy..trip to Puerto is the only way i think..

Not free LOL!  They have debited the June payment from my bank but not had the on line bill and cannot access my account on line.

Is that the same for you?

I can access our account but havent got a bill online yet and also havent had any money debited...the man who reads the meter was around yesterday so maybe our next bill will be double...

Well I have no answer to that except they seem to be incompetent!

My service on line was brilliant I have to say ......... until it stopped for some unknown reason!

I only signed up recently for ebilling and got my first bill in July. I also signed up for Solbank statements online rather than having a huge amount of letters in my post box, but while I get the email I can't open the statement. Nothing runs smoothly.

Just checked my account and Endesa have credited my account with €20???

Lucky you...........I also got a credit about three months ago of EUROS 3! Hardly worth the effort!
