Hi All,

Generally wondering if there are there any golfers on this board and specifically if there is anyone who plays with the Corralejo Golf Society ? I have sent them an email and am waiting for a reply but thought I'd ask here too.

there have been many changes at the golf society so the person you
have contacted may not still be involved with them
I play with the society myself whenever I am on the island
their itinary is usually
thursdays and sundays at mirador de lobos golf (corralejo) and
tuesdays at either of the two courses in caleta
thursdays and sundays is always a 10.30 start and tuesday is
an 8.15 ish start
I would suggest that you go up to the course and see bill courtney
bill runs the course up there and he and his wife are very helpful
Bill also plays with the society and im sure he would welcome another
player along on any of the days
alternativly try going to the stables bar on the main street above la tasca
and see gary who works behind the bar
he's also a regular player and is also one of the chief organisers
good luck who knows we may find ourselves playing in the same group
one day

Thanks Steve. Not receiving a reply I was starting to think that their email address may have changed. I'll be following up on your leads when I'm back out at the end of April.

I haven't sampled any of the courses so far, so if you're willing to jot down a few comments on each then I would be very grateful.

Hi Ernie,

Sorry Ernie but we have not received any communication from you on our website or email.

I am secretary at the Corralejo Golf Society and we welcome all guests and visitors who want a round of golf with us.  We play every Tuesday and alternate between the Elba course and Salinas course.  We can arrange club hire for you and depending where you are staying we can usually give you a lift to the course.
