Superb music and sports bar. Dave and Tracy always very friendly and helpful. Extremely competitive bar prices, great music quizzes, Dave sings plays guitar and Clarinet, all followed by Karaoke. You can even arrange a round of golf in here. Chippy just next door if you get hungry. Brilliant.

Plus 1 here for the bar which we found welcoming and friendly but a massive thumbs down for the Chippie next door.
We ordered fish and chips x2 yesterday and all I can say is, that it was the worst Fish n Chips we had ever had in our lives. The fish was oddly grainy with a thin film of sticky slime on top, that was after removing the copious amounts of batter. The fish itself was about as thick as plaice and the gravy we ordered was just luke warm after being blasted in a microwave.
Worst of all was the most disgusting tasting ketchup we had ever had the misfortune to taste.

My advice, there are much better places to eat but the bar itself was great.

I have included my views of the chippie here as the do seem to be linked as one business but I may be wrong.
