can anyone please tell me how Easy is it to get a Taxi back from Lidl to Caleta ?? thanks

You might need to phone a taxi from there or you could walk back into Rosario and get  a taxi from there or the number three bus to Caleta which leaves every half an hour. To be honest the Lidl isnt great. Mercadona  in El Mattoral is much better and also cheaper.  It is  also nearer to Caleta. A taxi from Lidl to Caleta would cost you around €15.

No problem. Just phone for one and it will be there in a minute.

Just in case you dont speak Spanish...if you want to order one just say ....hola, necessito ir a Caleta (or give your apartment name) por favor. Estoy en Mercadona en el matorral ( I am in Mercadona in El Matorral) My Spanish isnt great but that will get you there.

Its no bother really. The only time that you have a problem in Caleta getting a taxi is after around 2.30 am. Late at night you can be left waiting a long time for one. The busses are great though and if you intend to do a bit of travelling around you should get a Bono card which you can buy on the bus and it gives you a 30% discount. They are like coaches and they even stop at the airport.

LOL  well I don't think getting a taxi at 2:30 am is something I will be trying to do so no problem there

Lidl has the best reasonably priced wine selection BUT they are poncing it up at the moment [putting the bottles in fake plastic cases] so who knows!
