Plans for the Barcelo Beach Resort & Harbour in Caleta

On the Reception Desk in the Barcelo Beach Resort in Caleta de Fuste is a TV with a video/DVD showing what the harbour area will look like after the forthcoming redevelopment.

The plans show a new seafront walkway; new swimming pools/bars between the Castillo (castle) and the lighthouse, and a new Auditorium next to the lighthouse.  The whole of the harbour area will look very different, and very impressive

already in the caleta memories group,but thanks anyway hev.i have been fascinated by some of the old photos,pre-barcello days.would have loved to have visited before the onset of all inclusive,when all the bars were buzzing as well.
