What has happened to Oceanico?

Does anyone know what has happened to Oceanico? It is the large white apartment block on the right hand side as you go out towards the lighthouse. I stayed there two years ago and there were only about three out of the eight apartments occupied. Nice outlook, but wondered if it was still taking bookings?

Was talk of it being naturist.   Last Sept/Oct when we were in El Caleton we coud see lights on in an upper apartment.    Did look as though hoilday folk as sometime towels hanging over the balcony rail and sometimes couple sitting out.   Felt a bit sorry for them if they had booked thinking they were going to a lively place.
The place was on the market last year I believe for about €500K or even less.   Cannot find the info

When I was there two years ago it definitely was naturist. The owner was there for that week and she was a naturist. Such a shame it never proved popular as the sunsets are spectacular.

Last I heard it was back on the market...apparantly the apartments are a bit cramped and very isolated. Also the place is wide open with almost no privacy so didn`t last long as naturist.
