In all seriousness. The outside lane of a round about has right of way over the inside lane.

Well, why is there an inside lane. Doesn't make sense  :'(

It is also a strict requirement to allow no more than half a car length between your vehicle and the one in front, particularly if driving a taxi.

It's there for people going left or 360 but as you've observed the Spanish - in general - don't use it much.

The one that gets me is when Spanish Taught drivers are going straight on at a roundabout, 1st, they indicate left to make you think they're going left, then at the last minute, indicate Right and go straight on. Thus confusing everybody  :o
