BANKS NEED TO DO MORE

To many properties are empty and should be sold off to encourage the market to pick up. Surely a vacant complex is bad news for everyone. Banks need to sell off the assets and recoup some loses. This would stimulate the economy and raise much needed revenue for the local economy. More people payimng community charges ,More people paying local taxes, More people on holiday Local bars and resturants in use .SO COME ON BANKS LIQUIDATE YOUR BALANCE SHEETS?

Me thinks the existing banks aren't exactly the most imaginative bunch and as a consequence will just wallow in their own crisis as they have been doing for a few years now....how about a brand new bank? Where is Branson when he's needed?
