Because, should you be unfortunate enough to croak it while on the island, your options for getting home are.

1. Have your Mrs carry you onto the Ryanair flight and hope the ground staff don't notice.
   (Very unlikely)

2. Pay an eye watering fee to Mr O'Leary, for some hold space to yourself. Plus pay whatever
fees the Ayuntamiento deem appropriate to export a stffie.

3. Visit the crem, and get yourself sorted with an urn that will fit into a bag not exceeding
    35cm x 20cm x 20cm.

4. As option 3, but have your Mrs drop kick you over the cliff bellow the Robinson in
Esquinzo. You get a nice view & several ground squirrels to keep you company.

Hope this helps

Option 4 sounds to me.

Sounds good to me as well, eternity above my favorite beach.  Otherwise someone will have to haul my ashes to the top of Ingleborough & hopefully resist the temptation to drop kick me into Gaping Gill.

I'll tell you what, whenever or whatever happens, I won't be paying some Funeral Director  â,¬3500 to incinerate me. The Ayuntimiento will do that for â,¬600.
I'd rather the missus spend the money on 2 weeks at Sandals in Jamaica  8)

Quite honestly once I have croaked, i could not give a rats ar*se what they do with my body I will know Jack all about it.

Exactly, expensive funerals are NOT compulsary.
