Hi does anyone know of the equivalent of a Spanish Zoopla where you can find out the price that houses/flats actually sold not the asking price?
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards

Thanks hev,
just trying to work out what real sale price is in uk you can see how much a place sold for in that street /area and the date.  There seems to be quite a few properties up for extended periods so not sure how buoyant the market is over there at moment?
The only areas which seem to be moving quickly are Marina Village and EL Sultan in corrie.

** Apologies for the late reply to your mail and help hev  but trying to get my mums place sold to finance my bolt hole in the sun so I have been busy ***

I spent a couple of years trawling & setting up alerts with numerous web sites for the best (in my view of course) properties for us. I is no easy task ST !! You will see the same properties with different estate agents at different prices & the banks tend to drip feed the bank repo' stock hold up value. Very hard to get the type of "valuation" you are looking for (against U.K. ways of thinking anyway).
The conclusion I came to was just to look for the best value as a percentage on square footage of what I was looking for against what I was prepared to pay & I had to go outside my initial choice areas to get that. Having said all that, we have ended up with a three bed brand new (8 years but never lived in) ground floor apartment in a fantastic wee village with nice neighbours for 48k â,¬ so Happy Days 😁
Hope you are as successful in your quest. Decent properties are becoming harder to find, the market has picked up a lot in even the last year

Hi Spitfire
sorry for the delay in replying but I dont know how to set up an alert to me when a post has been added to my post (or even if this is possible?)
I have been looking at all the usual websites but I will definitely visit island for a recon tour and hope to visit all the resorts at least briefly. Now the house is under offer I can look more closely and hope to visit by September.
Thank you for the tips and a general advice to you and all forum members.
regards
