Hello my partner and i are planning our trip through Europe in our campervan.
We have holidays in fuerteventura many times and like the idea of spending the winter there.
Are there any official campsites? Are there restrictions on where to park and for how long?
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Although restrictions exist on parking, nothing is ever enforced. Every day I see lots of campervans, motorhomes and caravans parked overnight where they shouldn't be.

Just be discreet an observe what others do.

Provided u don't set up home, like the Canarians, erecting fences and entertainment areas, etc. it should be possible.

Urban streets, carparks and the surroundings of town beaches are usually the best places.

Do not go for the official "camping" areas (April - October), as they are littered with locals who resent being near outsiders. These areas require permits, so lack of one would mean a fine.
