Valor Catastral

[Barkin]

Does anyone know how you can check your property's valor catastral in the Caleta area and when it was last reviewed by the council? It used to appear on the payment record from the bank when the annual tax was paid but that stopped appearing a couple of years ago.

They can do it for you at the small Town Hall in Caleta instantly.  You may need to take some proof of ownership with you. I checked mine there at the beginning of the year, it had not changed at all.

Thanks emmi. Mrs B did try that but was told they couldn't connect to the needed system. I suspect it depends on who you see, I'll give it another go.
