Wallpaper on Fuerteventura is far more expensive than in the UK.  There's a limited selection in Ideal in Puerto del Rosario.  The big paint shop on the El Matorral industrial estate ( just up from Ikea) has a lot of sample books, but I've never seen any to buy off the shelf - so assume it has to be ordered.

Off the shelf there is a very limited range, even ordering from a samples book range is not great, seriously expensive, and a real pain in the a*se to hang, stick to paint would be my advice.

Wallpaper

I don't think I've ever been in a wallpapered room here. All sorts of paint finishes but no wallpaper.
