Does anyone know what the taxes that have come off the bank are for just now?

Last year the money came off in September

It could be a non resident bank registration charge, the registration is a requirement for non residents holding a Spanish bank account .
This is done every two years by the bank, it submits a form to the authorities for each person on the account.
The fee covers the preparation/submission of the forms and the government charge. My last one in 2015 was around 70 Euros.

Depends on where you are, but it is almost certainly your annual IBI payment to the Ayuntamiento, the equivalent of Council Tax in the UK (though thankfully not equivalent in size!).

We are in Caleta, and our IBI charge was collected by DD this morning, 3 May.

Gatta is correct. Last year they collected the IBI in September and Basura in May.

This year it is the other way around.

Ours has been taken out as well, as we bought the property in October, so it is the first time we have paid, can some one please tell me is this payment for 6 months?

Yes it is from the Council - but it is a bit lower than last year's payment and that is what confused me!

The lower amount usually comes out in April/May and the bigger amount in Oct/Nov

It's an annual payment. The smaller payment referred to in the thread is the Basura, the tax covering bin collections, and that will come around September for Antigua Ayuntamiento home-owners.
