Oceano complex

Hola All 

I've spent hours this weekend searching for information on the Oceano Complex in Costa De Antigua but without much luck unfortunately. Does anyone have any information on the complex please?
Property currently on the market is pretty cheap for this particular complex. I'm wondering if there's a reason for this.

Hi Reilly85,
I also have been keeping an eye on these. A lot of these smaller complexes (however, even the bigger ones) look a bit run down but seem like not bad properties for the prices advertised.
I was over there in September & drove past it but didn't go inside was looking at other things so can't tell you any more about them, sorry

There are lots of African and Moroccan unemployed living there, that's why they are so cheap.

Hi. Thank you for your replies. I've only just found them 
I visited the island in June and popped my head in the complex. The pool was empty and it looked in need of a tidy up.
It makes me wonder what the communal fees are and if they're being paid for it to be in it's current condition.
If anyone else has any more information on this complex please let me know
