Haven't been to Corralejo for about 4 years. Am aware of how things change so would appreciate recommendations on a nice restaurant (prefer Spanish) and good bar for Saturday night live entertainment  -singer/band or comedy act. Thanks.

There are just so many, and who's to say that my favourites will be yours? I recommend you to look at the reviews on Trip Adviser. The vast majority are honest reviews and the made-up ones usually stand out as fakes.

I will name what I think are two very good restaurants :
Spanish - Manolo's opposite cruz Roja
Tuexedos - upstairs in las palmeras centre (Belgium owners) though last time we went here the live background music was a bit to loud

La Luna in old Corrie for Tapas, magic.

Tatts

Not Spanish, but at Tuxedo's last night the best Solomillo we have had on the Rock and the garlic prawns in butter were excellent, plus the owners live background entertainment and waiter service was good.
Not cheap but worth the money 8)

it's that silly old question again, it's pointless recermending anywhere to eat, simply what suit's one usually don't suit another, i think you have to explore and find out your own "taste's".

I'll second Casa Manolo,it is run by a local family, the food is excellent with plenty to choose from, they have started to do specials which they bring to your table to show you before you order, last time I was in there I had fish (can't remember what kind) with prawns and mussels, it really was excellent, hubby had slow cooked lamb and he said it was great, I've also had the Galician Cod which is to die for.

Hi Simmey were is Casa Manolo? my mouth was watering reading your description.

simmey

It's down a side street off the main strip, other side of the road opposite the Corralejo Beach Hotel, same street as Rock Island. Enjoy

I remembered the fish I had, it was grilled hake - Yum.

Tamkid

Cheers, will give it a try.
