Heat pump for pool

Hi I bought a pool heater from Keith whom,has now returned to the UK
It has only lasted 1 year
Had a few people look at it but it seems to be U/S
I am in the UK at present so not sure of the make
Looking for advice on a good system
Pool is 10 x 4 and around 1.8 at deep end so would need the Eco type
Would like to make sure there was a guarantee and parts were ready available

I had wizard pools out having a look at the old one
I will be over on 18th January so hope to get it sorted
