What you need is for the two of them to be so drunk they fall asleep and pass out on the couch together, then you stage the bodies and take some incriminating photos

A neat trick is if they are asleep with an arm hanging out of the bed, put a pint of water beside them and put their finger in the water, they will pi$$ the bed
