I'm not strict, i'm only just getting back into it myself......but she was just plain lazy, what do they think i am going to do sit down and make a brew lol should have seen her face when i said was doing 3 miles (we did 2) then back in the gym....some people have no idea they want a miracle without actually doing anything    i might transfer her to one of the stricter ones
