I'm not in until tomoz and then it's only the odd hour out of office until I get somebody full time in to help with paperwork.  I do a lot of my training sessions early morning, but I'm still getting back into it after a long break

A few really, Cancun, Mexico was beautiful, Dominican Republic was good apart from 10 hour delay  , Jamaica, been all over, not long since back from Lanzarote (sister has a villa there), going to Caleta in October

No never, not yet anyway is on the list of places to go, my daughter isn't to keen on the long flight so maybe when she's older
