Home made Sweet & Sour Chicken and prawns with lots of chillie, garlic, ginger and pineapple served with wild rice and washed down with a very cold Pepsi max.

I always put pineapple in my curries or spicy dishes. It gives that little break when you bite down on a piece after your mouth has been scorched by a scotch bonnet
