As the title says monthly charge for basic broadband & telephone line form telefonica.

They do a Movistar Fusion Mini for €34.90 a month plus VAT.

I don't know if they charge Vat at mainland level, 21% or canary level, 7%.

If anyone who has Movistar can tell me?

I was in  Atlantico last month and there was a poster up in the Movistar shop advertising the Movistar Fusion. It had on it +IVA which is the mainland version of VAT. They obviously didn't think it worth the extra cost to have them printed with +IGIC.   
Didn't get chance to ask as there were people already queuing.

It makes quite a difference, 7% to 21%.
