IBI increase!

My next IBI payment has increased by 20 per cent!!!!    So I've just written a letter, asking when they are going to repair the pavement at the end of my street.....for two years a least it is like a war zone, very dangerous apart from being unsightly.  Wonder if I'll get a reply?

Just trying to get an idea of how many extra euro's I need to leave floating around in our Spanish account.

Allow for a 20 per cent increase on whatever you paid last year.  My cost bears no relevance to anyone else's as I have discovered that many other people pay very differing amounts.  It depends on the Catastral value the town hall has deemed right for individual properties, and I imagine that depends on location and size of property?

Mine has gone up 20% as well.
