Hi, I dont suppose there is any improvement in the house market in Caleta I have a 2 bedroom bungalow on Villa de antigua with great views that will now never be obstructed. However would like to sell but can anyone give me any indication on if this would be possible and i their opinion roughly what can I expect to value it at. I dont need to sell but would prefer to and reinvest in the uk.

House prices can vary alot. 2 Beds typically start from Euro 80k but it depends on the size, area, contents (ie furnished or not), is it near the beach and in a good location to let etc...
You will need to get it valued via an estate agent. There are several in Caleta.

That said, it is not a good time to sell at the moment. There are loads of properties for sale.
If you don't need to sell. Keep it and look to let it out.
