The Clock Is Ticking

Three weeks today and we will have made the move out to the rock. It seems to have been going on forever but getting close now.

Not bringing much out with us but what we are fetching was picked up by Woodside on Wednesday. I would just like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with them. They took all the stress and hassle out of moving, Annette has been fantastic with her advice and Jim was brilliant when he picked our stuff up. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Really looking forward to getting out there ourselves now, feels strange having one way tickets after all the trips we have made out there but looking forward to settling down.

We were in exactly the same boat as yourselves 4 months ago. You'll be at the restless stage now, just wanting to get here. The last week in the UK seemed like an eternity for us. Once you get here though, the time just seems to fly, can't believe it's been 4 months already.

Will echo everything you've said about Woodside, simply a pleasure to deal with. Annette is extremely helpful and reassuring and watching Jim carrying the boxes (that usually take 2 people to carry!) is a sight to behold! When they dropped the boxes off at our apartment here, their young lad (Tyler?) did the same as Jim; picked up the boxes, up on his shoulder and up the stairs, no probs.

that one-way ticket is scary but the best thing we have ever done - 10 months yesterday.  Good luck, we're sure you will not regret it! Loads of people to help and advise over here too, so just shout if you have a question, someone will have been there, done it and got the t-shirt!  And yes, Woodside are brilliant
