Fifi, You can also make an appointment with your Doctor (Cita Previa) online, saves all that rigmarole on the telephone, and you can choose your time. Canaries medical card needed.

Being able to make a doctors appointment online has been a very useful service - so much better than the phone

Hello Woe. I'm not having any joy with the link you posted for making a doctor's appointment online, is it still current? On a piece of paper that came with something else, I have an address: www.seg-social.es against Cita Previa, but I can't see anything there that resembles making a doctor's appointment! Are you able to offer any help?

Works fine for me, but you need to insert your CIP: number whatever that is.
