Water damage - advice

Looking for some advice

A neighbouring property had a water leak that has caused water damage to my place.

What's the procedure over here claiming from someone else's insurance and do I need to contact my own insurance company

Not exactly sure but my instinct would be to tell your insurance and let them deal with it. Good luck
