Holiday Letting Licences

Is there anyone that has a property to let for Holiday Rentals and actually received their Vv licence from the Cabildo?  How long did this take to get?
Or has anyone applied and been denied a licence .?

That question was being asked 2 or 3 years ago when  the licence and rental situation was at its hysterical height. Not heard of anyone saying they have one since then  other than just hearing of someone who has. From your lack of replies it appears things haven't changed.
Other than the doom mongers who prophesised rental Armageddon nobody says too much about it on here. You have to draw your own conclusions from that.

Some people who have apts on Esmeralda and Gaudia have had them granted. You only have to look on the various Caleta FB pages to see how many owners/agents don't seem bothered about having the licence.

Thanks for the replies, I did think someone had got one on gaudia Apartments when it all first started years ago, but had gone quiet about others receiving them.
